Parents' Information Delivery System
Welcome to the Information Delivery System at Bishop Luffa School, Chichester. This information service provides online and emailed versions of the normal paper-based letters home and newsletters.
Please login using the box on the right. Your username and password are the email address and password (case-sensitive) which you provided on the web access application form.
Note: Cookies must be enabled on your browser before you login. For help on setting cookies, please go to www.microsoft.com/info/cookies.mspx if you are using Internet Explorer.
You will also need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do not already have this, please go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
As a registered user you will have access to the information sections relevant to your child(ren), ie. if your child is in 7BE you will be able to access the Year 7 section and the Bell House section. You will also receive emailed versions of all these messages and letters home.
If you are a parent or carer and would like to be able to log-in to access this information, please fill in the online form. Do remember to also print a copy of the form and send it back to the school as instructed, your application for website access will not be processed if you do not.
Not receiving notification emails?
If you have registered but are not receiving your notification emails:
1. Check that you have the right username (which is your registered email address) and password by logging in to this site (top right). If you do not have the correct login details please contact luffanews@bishopluffa.org.uk
2. If you do have the correct login details, make sure that you are actually downloading emails that are being sent to your registered email address. You can check this by sending yourself an email. If you have changed your email address please contact luffanews@bishopluffa.org.uk
3. To make sure that emails sent from this website are not being intercepted by an overzealous spam filter, add the domain bishopluffa.org.uk and/or the addresses luffanews@bishopluffa.org.uk and turnerj@bishopluffa.org.uk to your email Address Book or Safe List/White List.
4. If you are still not receiving emails contact support@netpointproject.net :
- Send your email from the address you are registered with
- Put 'Bishop Luffa parent' in the subject line
- Confirm that you have taken the steps above
- Include your username, password, full name and child's name
